Why Truvant Health Network Exists

Clinical research depends on the people willing to participate. Without those volunteers, the development of new treatments, therapies, and diagnostic tools simply does not happen. Yet for many individuals, the path to participation in a study has historically been unclear, inaccessible, or difficult to navigate.

Truvant Health Network was established to change that. We serve as a bridge between people interested in contributing to medical science and the qualified investigators and study sites conducting research across the country. Our role is coordination and communication — not clinical care — and we take that responsibility seriously.

We believe every person who considers volunteering for a study deserves complete information, prompt and respectful follow-up, and the freedom to withdraw at any stage without question or pressure.

• Participant respect above all else. Every individual who engages with Truvant is treated as a partner in advancing healthcare, not as a recruitment target.
• Transparent communication. We provide clear, plain-language explanations of every step in the process. There is no fine print and no ambiguity about what participation involves.
• Privacy as a foundation. We maintain strict data practices that protect participant information. We do not rent, sell, or share personal data with third parties or affiliate marketers.
• Voluntary participation, always. Participation in any study is entirely optional. Individuals can withdraw at any point without consequence.
• Responsive and reliable. Our coordination team prioritizes timely follow-up so participants are never left waiting or wondering about their status.

Coordination, Not Clinical Care

It is important to understand what Truvant Health Network does and does not do. We are a participant coordination and research support organization. We are not a medical provider, clinical investigator, or diagnostic service.

When you complete an eligibility inquiry through our platform, our team reviews your information to identify potential study matches based on your stated health background, location, and interests. If a match exists, we facilitate an introduction to the relevant study site and assist with scheduling.

All clinical decisions — including final eligibility determinations, informed consent, and study participation — are handled exclusively by licensed investigators and authorized study sponsors operating under applicable regulatory frameworks, including IRB oversight.
